Gem jars

Drew is doing awesome with the gem jars! We have found so many things for him to earn gems for. Our days are so much smoother! After 4 days, he has reached his first goal and we will be taking a trip to the local dollar store tomorrow!
I did decide NOT to take away any gems once they have been earned. Now, he doesn't know that;) and the threat works! What??!! I never said I was perfect! Dylan is doing great too, just being 2, he doesn't have the amount of responsibility as Drew, but he's definitely earning a few each day!
