We drove up to Waco today to surprise my grandma for her 89th birthday, which is tomorrow.
We met at Red Lobster, her fave restuarant! She actually calls it The Lobster. My mom brought her a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes, which everyone loved. After we ate, we all headed back to Pete & Devin's house to visit and play. The cousins played really well together. Meredith and Dylan both refused to take naps. We just went with it and let them go! They played inside and out and had a blast together. I wish we had spent the night, but we came home this evening. We plan on having a very relaxing Sunday.
I can't believe my Momo is 89. She is so healthy, so beautiful and still drives and lives at home with her sister. They still laugh and joke and give each other a hard time and they still take Tequila shots! ha! I hope my Grandma lives to see all of her great grandkids.
